"Great Quality and lovely items"
Fantastic to find this company who offer wonderful knitwear at really good prices! Ordered 3 things sweaters/ cardigan planning to send some back but they were all so lovely and great value i kept them all and know I'll have great pleasure in wearing them! Postal delivery was good too! Would recommend and looking forward to looking at their dress range when the weather gets warmer!

"Great products"
I have ordered twice from Olive Olive The first time halloumi and the second time halloumi and oil.

The packaging on the halloumi is unbelievably good, the delivery times are brilliant and the oil delicious.

I WILL be ordering from them again and the supermarkets can keep their plastic halloumi imitation.

"Over the moon"
Over the moon! I bought the Jay chunky jumper in orange around April time. I had wanted one of their jumpers for years (specifically an orange one!) but could never afford it; however I had started a new job around that time so thought I’d finally treat myself. As the weather was actually super warm from then until now really, I hadn’t actually worn it. It’d just been in my wardrobe waiting for the Winter months! I put it on for the first time late September and noticed in the evening that the back of the collar was completely coming away from the jumper. It was a huge hole and not something I could’ve done, nor could I easily fix. I emailed Olive to ask if anything could be done, as I was truly devastated that I’d finally been able to buy such a pricey (completely justified, just not what I’m used to!) jumper and it was falling apart. I wasn’t really expecting much as I had bought it so long ago, but they were unbelievably helpful! They offered for me to send it in for repair, or they could offer a full refund if I wasn’t happy to wait (about a month to get it back) or if I wasn’t satisfied with the repair when it had been done. I was more than happy to wait as it’s my favourite jumper. I put a pen mark on the inside label to help identify it if it got lost, but I didn’t need to! Olive were aware of where it was at all times and updated me when I asked. It’s now back with me and the repair seems pretty strong :) worn it twice and no sign of the collar coming off. Fantastic customer service, with quick, helpful and super polite replies, thank you so so much!
